Abstract

Purpose: the Level of development of the economic system is impossible without the constant use of modern tools for building effective processes and establishing partnerships. Discussion: аt the present stage of development, while increasing the competitiveness of regional economic systems, it is necessary to use modern tools for building effective processes and establishing partnership relations of cooperation. Under the regional economic systems (RES), it is possible to determine the Association of a number of enterprises and organizations by a set of features into a single group. Development of the methodology of strategic development of economic systems requires the addition of traditional functions of management function «corporate partnership».
