Abstract

Purpose: the authors analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities strategies for the economic subject. Discussion: to build an effective plan for the development and promotion of services in the regional printing services market, it is necessary to study market conditions, assess the level of production technologies development, the elasticity of demand, compare the level of maintenance costs and customer acquisition with the costs of secondary sales and analyze the effectiveness of using a printing organization. Building a system of indicators for evaluation the effectiveness of marketing activities contributes to determining the activity level of an economic entity and the signs presence of market potential. Results: the proposed indicators system of the marketing activity efficiency for the printing house allows readership to assess the activity level of the economic entity, identify the main trends in the development of the economic subject in the market for goods, works and services, build a competent and effective policy in the field of marketing activities of printing organizations.
