Abstract

Purpose: to determine the methods of selection of contractual service specialists, reflect the relevance of methods for selecting specialists of the University’s contractual service, and determine the tools of economic analysis in the methods of selection and certification of contractual service specialists Discussion: Conducting an economic analysis of the activities of the contractual service specialists of the customer, first of all, it is necessary to determine the suitability of the employee, using certification (compliance with professional competencies), or else at the stages of selecting a candidate for the position. What does professional suitability of a procurement officer mean? Generally speaking, professional competence is the correspondence between the requirements for the performance of functional duties and their immediate fulfillment. Here we must take into account the professional level of the employee, as well as his abilities. However, there are many factors that influence the success of assignments, which must also be considered when selecting a candidate for a vacant position during certification. For example, on the part of the subject, this may be the fear of being wrong, self-doubt, etc. Naturally, representatives of the organization carrying out the selection procedures must necessarily take into account these facts and allow the employee or applicant to prove himself. Results: The methods of selection of contractual service specialists are presented, and their relevance at the University, an analysis of the recruitment of specialists of the contractual service of the university is carried out, a diagram of the relationship of the elements of the certification system of the contractual service specialists of the customer is presented.
