Theoretical and methodical aspects of construction of schemes of spatial placement and development of productive forces in the region

Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the theoretical aspects of the development and distribution of productive forces in the region: basic concepts, methodology, factors. Discussion: currently in Russia theoretical and methodological principles for spatial development of the regions, formation of long-term patterns of distribution of productive forces become subject of discussion. The article analyses practical questions and methodological contributions of spatial placement of productive forces, among them modern integrated understanding of the content of the category «productive forces», interpretation of the concept of «placement of productive forces», principles, factors and methods of placement of productive forces. The authors emphasize the question of productive forces placement in industrial clusters. Such a research becomes a base for regional strategy of social-economic development formation, cluster and productive politics. Results: as a result of the analysis of theoretical and methodological provisions, the authors proposed the algorithm of the method of constructing schemes of spatial distribution and development of productive forces (RPS) in the region. The article contains the results of implementation Proposals for the formation of current and future schemes for the allocation of productive forces for the selected regional industrial clusters. The formation of a promising scheme was influenced by the development of investment and innovation infrastructure, announced innovative and investment projects of potential participants of clusters, industry trends at both the Federal and regional levels.
