Actual problems of the implementation experience of the project «reform of control and oversight activities» (in term of the territorial anti-monopoly government)

Abstract

Purpose: the aim of the article is to reveal the content of individual approaches of the proposed model of the reform of control and supervisory activities based on the experience of the implementation of this reform by the territorial anti-monopoly authority. Discussion: analysis of the goals and objectives of the reform in conjunction with the structure, powers and features of the system of control and supervisory activities in the territorial bodies of federal executive bodies. Results: the author establishes the structural problems of the implementation of a unified model of reform of control and Supervisory activities, which are determined by the objective lack of comparability of the functions and tasks of various Federal bodies of Executive power, and the different base level of the Central authorities and territorial bodies of Federal Executive authorities, formulated proposals on minimization of a formalized approach to the conditions of the reform implementation.
