Certain aspects in state assignment execution control (on the example of public health institutions)

Abstract

Purpose: to formulate basic control procedures and methods of control of state assignment execution in public institutions. Discussion: types of services (works) that are given to the institution are defined as the main type of statutory activity. In fact, budgetary and autonomus institutions render state (budget) services, and government institutions exercise state functions. Executive State Government Bodies, which have the authority of the founder, establish rules of state assignment execution control for subordinated institutions (7.8). Results: the article presents methodical recommendation on control actions in terms of state assignment execution evaluation, as well as the proposal to improve this type of control. Crucial risks are listed.
