SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF Tystem analysis of the financial unit of information-analytical system of the enterprise

Abstract

Purpose: improvement of the financial unit of the information and analytical system of the enterprise engaged in clinical trials in Europe. Discussion: the system analysis of the enterprise activity allowed to pay attention to the information and analytical system of the enterprise, to identify problems in its financial block, the improvement of which was made on the basis of the system design procedure. The complexity of its application is that it is of a General nature and its specific implementation is a creative task. In particular, to clarify the problem, a survey of experts in this field was conducted, as well as a survey of the three groups of users of the system. Open answers were studied using the method of conjoint analysis. This allowed us to determine the functionality that is missing in the block. Then the mathematical and computer modeling of the financial block of the system was carried out. The model implemented by means of VBA allows you to select projects and determine the sequence of their stages. Results: the information and analytical system was designed on the basis of the system analysis procedure, which will allow to increase user satisfaction and retain an important client.
