Abstract

Purpose : the article deals with the study of the main trends in the field of supply chain planning, the concept of dynamic integrated planning. Discussion : rapidly developing environment, individualization of consumption and the tendency to form a special approach to each client require individual solutions from the supply chain. Fluctuations in the demand structure, shortening the product life cycle impose stringent requirements on supply chain planning due to a significant reduction in lead time. All this necessitates a new concept of supply chain planning based on customer requirements using a dynamic approach based on modern technologies. Dynamic integrated planning connects the supply chain with customers using modern technological solutions to synchronize supply and demand for each supply chain partner in real time. Input data, such as forecasts or the state of resources, can change and, therefore, affect the implementation of already agreed and coordinated action plans. These changes require not only the replanning of those plans that directly affect them, but also the adjustment of all plans that are parts of the same coordination decision. Results : the article formulates the definition of dynamic integrated planning; the authors highlight the main elements characterizing the new planning principle, formulate the tasks that require additional research and development for the successful implementation of dynamic integrated supply chain planning.
