Economic analysis of vocational potential of workers

Abstract

Purpose : the author analyzes the vocational potential of workers and identifies the way of its increase in relation to the Russian practice. Discussion : the author allocated most important positions of the economic analysis of vocational potential of workers. They include the analysis of worker orientation to multifunctionality and rationality analysis of working hours use. Relevance of the analysis of worker orientation to multifunctionality and rationality increases in connection with digitalization of economy and development of non-standard forms of employment. Results : the author offered the economic analysis technique of vocational potential for workers considering the modern transformation of employment forms focused on multipurpose activity. As a result of the offered technique use the synergetic effect reached from joint activity comes to light and the economic benefit received in the form of economy on expenses in connection with refusal of workers involvement from outside can be calculated.
