Component composition and functional tasks of the infrastructural platform of the innovative course of regional socio- economic policy

Abstract

Purpose: to formulate the requirements for the infrastructure platform of the innovative course of regional socio-economic policy in modern conditions, to determine its component composition and to describe the functional tasks performed by each component. Discussion: the movement from single points of innovative growth to innovative clusters and similar regional subsystems presupposes a transition to the formation of an innovative course of regional socio-economic policy, which makes it possible to consolidate the results of innovative development at the meso-level and bring an adequate technological basis for the development of regional innovative subsystems, which, in its turn, will provide an opportunity to increase the global competitiveness of the regional economy. The development of an infrastructural platform for the innovative course of this policy makes it possible to ensure its sustainability and the necessary productivity. Results: an infrastructural platform for an innovative course of regional socio-economic policy was developed, which includes: a territorial incubator of innovative business participants; a digital platform for socio-economic communications of participants in innovative business and developers of the corresponding course of socio-economic policy; depository of innovative initiatives of the territory; center for the development of innovative technologies and competencies of regional socio-economic policy. The range of functional tasks performed by each of these components has been determined.
