Team management during implementation online projects subject in terms of personal communication restrictions
Abstract
Purpose: the article aims to identify the peculiarities of management of teams implementing social projects in conditions of restrictions on personal communication caused by measures to counter the spread of coronavirus infection. Discussion: over a fairly long period of coronavirus infection and related measures limiting personal communication, the problem of expanding the use of online projects has been updated. Practice has shown that the imposed restrictions on the use of traditional offline format teams require special approaches to managing them. Online format is not a direct substitute for traditional ways of working. This is a special way of forming, training and working with teams that implement social projects. That’s almost about the work with children teams. Results: the article contains the analysis of the experience of creating and working with teams as a part of the activities of the combined student pedagogical unit «Leader of Time», which carried out the online project «Home Camp» for children of the summer camp in 2020. The authors identify the problems of the formation of the contingent of the children's camp, the team of counselors and players; propose measures to achieve the compatibility of participants, increase the efficiency of activities, and preserve the efficiency of participants.
