Analysis of payroll calculations with medical personnel of state medical organizations during the new coronavirus infection COVID-19

Abstract

Purpose: to study the regulatory regulation of labor remuneration and to analyze the calculations on the remuneration of medical personnel of state medical organizations involved in the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, using the example of the health care system of the Voronezh region. Discussion: the article provides information on state support measures aimed at financial incentives for medical and other workers. The analysis of violations and shortcomings identified by the control bodies in medical institutions of the Voronezh region, based on the results of inspections of the implementation of this material incentive, was carried out. Attention is paid to the list of control procedures that will help prevent such violations. Results: the conducted analysis showed a slight increase in the average rate of wage growth by categories of personnel of medical workers of the Voronezh region.
