Analysis of relationships of separate factors of sustainability of public medical institutions

Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the establishment of the relationship of individual factors of sustainability of public medical institutions. Discussion: the authors carried out an analysis of the interrelationships of individual factors of the stability of a state medical institution, analyzed the structure of expenses and guarantee costs in state healthcare institutions of the Voronezh region, the factors influencing the cost of the territorial compulsory health insurance program, the ratio of the growth rates of the territorial compulsory health insurance program and the wage fund to accruals for 2016-2021. At the expense of compulsory medical insurance funds, the authors determined the influence of the wage fund on the sustainability of a medical institution, dependencies on sources of funding within the framework of the state guarantees program, analyzed the consequences of introducing rationing of the volume of medical care in the «oncology» profile and their impact on sustainability. Results: the relationship was established between the ratio of the growth rate of the average monthly income from labor activity with the growth rate of financing of the territorial compulsory medical insurance program as a factor in the sustainability of public medical institutions.
