Economic and legal support for the design and construction of energy-efficient high-rise buildings
Abstract
Purpose: to formulate and propose a justification for the design and construction of energy-efficient high-rise buildings. Discussion: today’s construction market is increasingly focused on the design and construction of high-rise buildings with improved environmental friendliness and more efficient use of energy resources during operation. Alongside with reducing costs and minimizing losses, this problem is included in the range of global and relevant issues. Every year the urban population in Russia keeps growing due to political, social, economic and a number of other reasons, so the effective use of renewable and non-renewable resources will be an important issue in the future. At present, unfortunately, there are no unified approaches, as well as regulatory legal support for solving this problem, and the formulation of strategic goals for ensuring energy efficiency in design and construction is at the initial stage. Results: in the overwhelming majority of modern cities, the problem of the quality of housing stock remains acute, which is primarily expressed in its expensive operation and high energy intensity. So the use of energy-saving technologies allows to expand and complement the classical design and construction.
