Analysis of performance indicators of research and educational centers at the regional level

Abstract

Purpose: the article presents the results of the analysis of the performance indicators of regional research and educational centers. The initial (for the payment of employees of the center participant; for the purchase of products, components, equipment, software; for the payment of patent services, etc.) and final (the number of patents; the amount of work and services performed; the number of developments transferred for implementation in production, etc.) performance indicators of research and educational centers are analyzed. Discussion: the impact of the analyzed indicators on the efficiency of scientific and educational centers has been considered. It was found that not all the indicators presented for the analysis affect the effectiveness of research and educational centers. Results: as a result of the analysis, the factors influencing the performance indicators of research and educational centers have been identified.
