Features of analysis of activities of specialists of the customer's contract service in modern conditions
Abstract
Purpose: to reflect the specifics and content of a comprehensive economic analysis of the activities of contract service specialists. To develop performance indicators for procurement specialists. Discussion: a feature of the analysis of specialists in the contract procurement service is first of all the procurement object itself, that is, we evaluate the activities of the employees of the contract service, which may include employees of different departments (procurement service, accounting, labor and wages department, legal department, department of control and internal audit, etc.) and different levels – managerial staff and ordinary specialists of the contract service. Of course, when speaking about the analysis of contract service specialists, we should not forget that it is part of a comprehensive economic analysis of the organization's activities and all areas of analysis are interconnected. Results: an analysis of approaches to the evaluation of personnel performance has been carried out. The generalized indicators are revealed that are suitable for the analysis of the activities of employees in the field of procurement. The main directions of the analysis of the activities of procurement specialists are also presented, taking into account the specifics of this area. The features of the content of the analysis of the activities of employees in the field of procurement are reflected. Indicators of the effectiveness of the procurement specialists have been developed.
