Possibilities of using the stakeholder approach, principles and methods of business analysis for solving forensic problems
Abstract
Purpose: to consider the possibility of using the stakeholder approach in relation to solving the problems of the forensic analysis in the process of its implementation. Discussion: a relatively new control tool for the domestic economy, the forensic tool, is investigated. Identifying key stakeholders in the financial investigation process will help the forensic expert reliably identify illegal actions and identify those responsible. Results: the article describes the algorithms for applying business analysis used by experts in the process of detecting financial fraud, which allows for a more detailed financial investigation, which means that it is possible to better identify fraud in an economic entity. It is proved that the stakeholder approach and business analysis methods can be applied in solving the problems of the forensic scientist.
