Abstract

Purpose: system analysis of adaptation of remote workers, assessment of the balance of development of elements of the adaptation system. Discussion: remote employment is likely to continue the growth trend in the domestic economy, rushing to its upper potential values. Remote employment carries not only significant economic benefits, but also significant risks that can be reduced by improving the system of adaptation of remote workers. Adaptation of remote workers is a complex multicomponent system, the elements of which can be investigated for imbalance in development. Results: the positive economic effects of the use of remote workers for the employer are systematized; a forecast for remote employment in the post-pandemic period is formed; elements of the system of adaptation of remote workers are identified and analyzed; an imbalance in the system of adaptation of remote workers is revealed; the causes of the imbalance of the system are determined, ways to eliminate it are considered.
