Resource potential of development business in Russia

Abstract

Purpose: study of opportunities for the development of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the role of entrepreneurs as organizers of production. Discussion: the article studies the potential for the development of entrepreneurship, including innovation and labor. Personnel management should be based on a process-oriented approach, on the standardization of business processes. The employee as a carrier of innovative knowledge can influences the modernization of equipment. Rising wages for employees motivate entrepreneurs to replace increasingly high-paying labor resources with relatively cheaper technical resources based on innovation. Results: the modern innovation activity of enterprises and its connection with the state industrial and invective politics are considered. The conditions and mechanisms for the development of entrepreneurship in Russia, in practical the use of social and network partnerships, including public- private partnership. It is important to orient the state investment politic to improve the resource potential of entrepreneurship.
