Features of formation of production control program for corporate organizations
Abstract
Purpose: the development of the provisions of the production control program is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the corporate organization in the face of the growing influence of external and internal threats to the business environment of its functioning in order to achieve business continuity conditions. Discussions: Currently, to improve the efficiency of production processes in all corporate organizations, timely control is required to ensure the rational use of material, labor and financial resources. In the context of production activities, control can be of a legal or administrative nature; in the context of the digitalization of the economy, technical, economic types of control are of great importance; economic entities in the practice of control activities use economic and general economic types of control. In the course of the study, the essence of control as a type of activity aimed at reducing risks was disclosed; formulated the requirements for control as a type of management activity; the objects of production control are substantiated, which include production, public premises, buildings, structures, sanitary protection zones, sanitary protection zones, equipment, transport, technological equipment, technological processes, workplaces used to perform work, provide services, as well as raw materials , semi-finished products, finished products. Results: the proposed recommendations for the development of the main provisions of the production control program contribute to the creation of an effective control system based on the integration of control procedures into all processes of the corporate organization, distribution of responsibility between the participants of business processes for the effectiveness of the application of control procedures and constant monitoring of their implementation, which will allow achieving the set strategic goals in the conditions of long-term functioning of a corporate organization.
