Abstract
Purpose: the article is devoted to the quality self-assessment in car service station. Discussion: quality of car service station gets great value for durable high-value products market, particularly car workshop services. Existing standards and methods have some limitations on the assessment of «soft» indicators and benchmarking. Result: the author provide an adaptive self-assessment for car service centers, eliminated the limitations of traditional approaches. The results of empirical studies have confirmed the possibility of practical use of adaptive self-assessment for car service centers.Downloads
