Abstract
Purpose: In article measures of financial state support of innovative activity of the small and medium-sized enterprises realizing projects from a stage of research works to a stage of introduction of an innovative product in production are consid-ered. Discussion: Authors have carried out the analysis of results of the competi-tion in the government resolution No. 218 on cooperation of higher education insti-tutions and manufacturing enterprises directed to material support of in common realized innovative projects. The list of the most active higher education institutions participating in a competition in the Resolution No. 218 in 2014 - 2015 has been made. The main reasons for a rejection of bids at primary stage of selection are established and systematized. Authors have assumed that active use of the state support can be the effective instrument of involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises in innovative activity. Results: Authors have shown successful experi-ment of Far East federal university in the directions: support of small enterprises concerning registration of innovative projects; search of additional sources of fi-nancing of innovative activity for the projects which are at a stage scientifically - re-search researches; uses of modern information technologies for involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises in innovative activity.Downloads
