EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT IN THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

Abstract

Purpose: analysis of the financial systems management specifics. Discussion: economic development of the Russian Federation inevitably defines the necessity of increase of efficiency of public manager_mepsistration. Evaluation of the efficiency of public finance management should be an important function of public administration and at the regional level. The investigated problem presents features of evaluating the effectiveness of public finance management in the regions of Russia from the standpoint of international experience. Results: the author in the work studies system of approaches for the assessment of openness, transparency of use of budgetary funds, under both the federal government and regional and local authorities. Results: we proposed measures to increase transparency, increase participation, to improve oversight in evaluating the effectiveness of public Finance management in the country and in the regions of Russia in particular.
