THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE STATE PROGRAMS REALIZATION IN BELGOROD REGION IN 2014-2015

Abstract

Purpose: analysis of the implementation and the effectiveness of programs in the Belgorod region in 2014-2015. Discussion: state programs realization is the active way of direct regulation in the market economy; it is the way to integrate the state, the collective and individual interests and relationships, and to mobilize efforts for regional policy. The program-target method plays the main role in the state and regional economic and social policy. Results: in focus of analyses is the effectiveness of the state programs realization in Belgorod region in 2014-2015. We studied the achievements of the goals of the state program in general, the corresponding to the planned level of costs and efficiency of the federal and regional budgets and the effectiveness of departmental target programs realization.
