STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITIES

Abstract

Purpose: study issues related to the improvement of strategic planning at the municipal level, in particular, the offer of strategic alternatives of development of the municipalities. Discussion: As a result of the analysis the author proved the necessity of implementation of strategic planning at the municipal level proceeding from strengthening of competitive positions of municipality and increase of its competitiveness. Results: the author on the basis of a technique of an assessment of competitive positions of municipality offered strategic alternatives of development of municipalities proceeding from the level of economic, social, financial and budgetary competitiveness.
