OPTIMIZATION OF TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION OF THE LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT, BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMIC ZONING AND INTER-MUNICIPAL COOPERATION

Abstract

Purose: the article makes the case for integrating socio-economic zoning in forming the boundaries of the taxa of local self-government in the Russian Federation. It is proposed that the concept of optimizing the territorial organization of the local self-government, adapted to the conditions of the Voronezh region. Optimized model simultaneously includes proposals on the Organization of interaction with regional and municipal authorities, businesses, associations and civil society institutions in the framework of the existing legislative field inter-municipal cooperation.
