FORMALIZATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE SUPER-VISCOUS OIL FIELD PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Purpose: the paper includes the analysis of management structure of the traditional oil field development, functions and responsibilities of its members, as well as mechanisms of their interaction during the project implementation for the formation of organizational structure of management of large and unique project - the development of super-viscous oil deposits. Discussion: in conditions of considerable reserves depletion and traditional energy resources, the effective implementation development and exploitation of super-viscous oil fields projects gets the special importance. The development of super-viscous oil fields to the Russian oil company is a new area of activity, in many ways different from the projects of traditional oil development. For the implementation of such complex information and technology projects is necessary to solve a large number of new project tasks in terms of lack of experience in implementing similar projects and the limited time period of tax benefits, that allow them to carry out cost-effective production. For the effective management of this project is necessary to ensure maximum integration between all project participants, the exact redistribution of the information flow and operational management decisions performers. Results: we proposed and substantiated organizational structure of management of large and unique project – the development of super-viscous oil deposits.
