VALUABLE COMPONENT IN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN IT-COMPANY
Abstract
Purpose: the article considers valuable component of organizational culture for organizational development. Discussion: the article proposes a three-level structure of the valuable components of organizational culture, based on the concept and theory of E. Shane and D Leontiev. This structure is a system of organizational values and value ideas of employees, when each of the company's culture levels consistent with its form of existence values. Methods of valuable components should be differentiated according to its level, it will provide in the investigation of a valid result. The paper describes an example of IT-companies. It was found that the structure of the company selects the axial values of professionalism and leadership. Results: a structured approach in the study of the components of the value is to use the first level of empirical methods of observation and experimentation; on the second level - empirical and theoretical methods; the third level requires the use of special sociological methods. Sampling study cannot provide a valid result.
