Purpose: identification of the reasons, factors and forms of additional education of young specialists as component of organizational adaptation. Discussion: according to the author, effectiveness of adaptation process essential depends on understanding the management of the enterprise of the key reasons, factors and forms of additional professional education. Results: the organizational reasons of additional education are systematized and ranged, the most perspective forms of additional education are allocated.
