Проблемы удержания возрастных сотрудников в организации

Abstract

Discussion: demographic changes, which are usually associated with the world global problem of population aging, is thought to require a well-known approaches revision, where the main target is believed to create well working human resource management approaches and promote the older workers continuation of work. HRM departments are face to face with the necessity of knowledge translation from one generation to the other, which is a good tool to motivate older workers to continue working.  Flexible working hours, a part-time work, the involvement of temporary projects, phased retirement, mentoring - all these factors are used to attract the elderly employees for their continue of work first of all; secondly, the mentioned items form and build a culture where knowledge and experience are recognized to be a valuable resource, which also makes training to be available for employees of all ages. The problems of ergonomic workplaces are developed and implemented. 

Results: The article highlights the factors influencing the decision of employees to go on working after their retirement age.  Elderly staff training and retention programmes are presented.
