Роль и масштабы интегрированных агропромышленных холдингов в экономике региона

Abstract

Purpose: Work is devoted to the analysis of various aspects of activity of the integrated agro-industrial holdings and definition of their role in development of economy of the region. A main objective of a research is definition of the main directions of development and scales of activity of the largest agroholdings which are present at the territory of the Belgorod region. Discussion: Special attention is paid to the characteristic and the analysis of the main indicators of financial and economic activity of the largest agroholdings. Results: Authors defined a role of the integrated agroholdings in region economy, the factors constraining their development and effective functioning in agro-industrial complex of the region are revealed, actions for their elimination are developed.
