Abstract

Purpose: Article is devoted to improve the motivation of employees and organizations to use new forms of non-financial incentives. Discussion: The article gives the concept of gamification, analyzed the history of the development of this theory. Results: The authors consider the problem of the use of gamification techniques in different branches of the national economy and an analysis of possibilities of implementation of this theory in the Russian reality.
