Abstract

Objective: to analyze the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of innovative behavior in the service sector in the knowledge economy. Discussion: the characteristic features of the knowledge economy is the predominance of the service sector, growth intellektualoemkosti goods and services, innovative behavior of economic agents. According to the authors of this study the expediency of innovative behavior in the knowledge economy from the perspective of institutional economics, revealed specifics of innovative behavior of economic agents in the service sector in the economy of knowledge, defined properties of the medium of interaction of economic entities in the field of services affecting the innovative behavior. Result: The proposed research model neoistitutsionalnaya innovative behavior of economic agents in the service sector in the knowledge economy.
