Алгоритм реализации организационно-экономического механизма развития региона

Abstract

Purpose: propose an algorithm for the implementation of organizational and economic development of the region, allowing the participants to coordinate the actions of the regional economy. Discussion: effective implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the region requires a clear algorithm, included the set of interrelated activities, events, operations, aimed at the development of the region to be phased sequential execution. Results: we have proposed an algorithm of functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of the regional development. Algorithm consists of five stages: (1) formation of regional development pulses; (2) identification the factors and conditions affecting the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the region; (3) formation the potential of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the region; (4) support for the structural elements of the mechanism in the implementation of measures aimed at the development of the region; (5) management of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the region. The algorithm allows to implement and to adjust all of the steps regardless the changes in the structural elements of the organizational and economic mechanism, making it more flexible and versatile.
