THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FINANCIAL INSOL VENCY AND THE RISK OF BANKRUPTCY IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract

Abstract. In the article the author analyzes the economic nature of insolvency and bankruptcy, also provides a classification of internal and external reasons of the crisis phenomena in the agricultural organizations. Subordination and interrelation of concepts financial, economic, legal inconsistency has been identified. General and specific factors of bankruptcy of agricultural enterprises are revealed. Ways of solving problems in the bankruptcy of agricultural organizations have been disclosed. It is concluded that there is a need for a diagnostic analysis in order to prevent the bankruptcy of agricultural organizations.
