THE SELECTION OF THE RATIONAL SOLUTIONS BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF THE PRODUCT COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
Purpose: the article is dedicated to the issues of making decisions during the assessment of the competitive ability of the products of an industrial enterprise. Discussion: increase of the competitive ability of the products of an industrial enterprise is a necessary conditions of their survivability and development under the conditions of market relations. Making substantiated decisions in the process of organizational management of manufacture of the competitive products requires a detailed analysis of the competitive ability based on the economic-mathematical simulation. One of the most important instrument of such mechanism is the economic-mathematical simulation. The application of "shifted ideal" method allows to analyze the competitive ability, based on both quantity indices and experts' assertions. Results: an approach to the analysis and assessment of the competitive ability of products, which allows to determine its increase directions.
