RATIONALE FOR THE USE OF POTENTIAL OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE IN THE FORMATION OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to the evaluation of industrial potential of the enterprise and its use to achieve the organization's strategic goals, which in the conditions of limited external financing seems urgent. Discussion: Potential or possibilities of industrial enterprises must be considered as a set, including items such as personnel, production, finance, intellectual capital. Moreover, the capacity of the selected components, depending on the direction of research and development purposes the following should be considered from the point of view of a possible reserve, capable of providing a given level of quality changes, defined functional or corporate strategy. The purpose of the enterprise capacity assessment is intended to answer the question of follow-enterprise strategic orientation. Results: The author proposes to use fuzzy logic in the evaluation of industrial potential of the enterprise and then begin making strategic decisions to ensure the specified level of development. The results are illustrated by the example of one of the industrial enterprises, confirm the possibility and feasibility of using the proposed methodology the author.
