Abstract

Objective: To offer the tools support the selection of innovation and investment projects in the field of health care in the region. Discussion: When building information models of innovation and investment projects in the health field must take into account a combination of numerical and linguistic attribute types. The complexity of the research projects of this kind can be achieved through the use of analysis of the conditions of the project, taking into account the life cycle of projects and the harmonization of the interests of its members. Results: An approach to building information model of hierarchical innovation and investment projects in the health sector. It justifies the use of certain indicators as evaluation criteria when selecting projects. An approach to the expert assessment of innovation and investment projects in the health sector, providing for the joint use of a modified a PEST analysis, stakeholder analysis, and analysis phases of the projects
