STUDY OF PECULIARITIES OF PERSONNEL EVALUATION IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE
Abstract
Objective: individual staff and professional development of employees of the organization attracted attention of various researchers since the beginning of industrial activity. Discussion: This problem was studied by many Western scholars and, a little later in our country. So, Zing Ziegler associated problems of service-professional development of employees with the success of the organization and personal successes of employees. Thus, he believed that the leaders of the organization's significant economic benefits brings support to their employees in achieving their goals. It is in this way the organization reaches their own goals. It is most relevant to the goals of service-professional growth and development of employees. Results: Studying the aspects of service-professional development of staff believe that service-professional development is relevant for different categories of staff, ranging from managers at various levels up to Junior staff.
