Regional disparity of developing of innovation model of economy

Abstract

In the article regional disparities in the establishing of new type of economical system of the country are described, which is based on model of innovation development. The author mentions that in spite of positive tendencies in development of innovative sphere of the country, on the level of individual regions dynamics occasionally is ambivalent. As an example the author gives Volgograd region, which consumes innovations but now it leaves off neighboring regions in the indexes of industry.
