Modern aspects of management of the human resources of the industrial enterprises

Abstract

In article the substantiation of perspective directions of perfection of management human resources which, according to the author, are perfection of motivation and self-motivation workers contains; perfection of organizational structure of the enterprise; carrying out process a business estimation and use of its results in the course of selection and arrangement of human resources; realization of investments into the personnel for the purpose of reception of higher effect and the prompt return of the enclosed means in comparison, for example, with investments into updating of the basic production assets.
