Abstract
Article dedicated to the analysis of regional competitiveness. The model of regional competitiveness and system of statistics for calculation of an index of competitiveness are offered. The values of factors of regional competitiveness for regions of areas Central-Black Soil and the index of regional competitiveness is calculated, the changes of an index of competitiveness for 2000-2010 is analysed.
