The Role of Property Taxation in Stimulating Investment

Abstract

In the article the property business taxation in the context of two functions: fiscal and regulatory is considered. According to the analysis of many studies the role of the property tax to encourage investment is shown. The author investigates the tax benefits and claims to provide only targeted incentives can stimulate investment processes. The recommendations for the improvement of the property tax in order to create favorable conditions for investment activity subjects are given.
