Foresight Project as Tool for Damping Vibrations in Cyclic at Development of Russian Defense Industry

Abstract

In the article the relationship of the global economic cycle, the military and the political cycle, the cycle of generations of technology and forecast cycle of defense industry is considered. We propose a list of steps to damping cycles for defence companies.
