Abstract

In article on the basis of parameters of regional statistics, the international assessments and authors’ own researches the assessment of new industrial policy of the Kaluga area is given. It is shown, that high investment appeal of region is a basis of its economic progress. Problems of realization of new industrial policy are revealed.
