To the Analysis of Second Round of Cadastral Valuation of Settlements’ Land by Permitted Use (Illustrated Volgograd Region)

Abstract

The results of the second round of the state cadastral valuation of land (SCVL) of Industry and settlements of Volgograd region are published. Entrepreneurs in the region have questioned the reliability of the results. In order to clarify the question has arisen, a comparative analysis of the results of SCVL with previous estimates in the area and the results of ongoing assessments in other regions.
