Economic Problems of the Regions of the Central Federal District: the Threat of the Budget and Financial Security

Abstract

The article considers the functioning of the regional finance system of the subjects of the central federal district, in particular, Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk and Orel regions. The condition of the financial systems of these regions is analysed to identify threats to their budget and financial security.
