Abstract

The modernization of the domestic industry is not possible without introducing effective methods of quality management research. The article gives a detailed analysis of the model of the formation of scientific and commercial impact of research activities, which is produced by a system of weighted scores. It is offered that for basic research is only calculated rate of scientific productivity, and for prospecting and business performance ratio.
