Abstract

This article investigates the problem of defining corporate social responsibility, identifying the main approaches to the disclosure of the essence of this concept in the management aspects as well as its most important characteristics. Addressing these issues can contribute significantly to the development of theoretical principles of corporate social responsibility as an innovative system of management, as well as its practical use in organizations. The author expresses her opinion about the most famous definitions of corporate social responsibility, identifies discussion in the interpretation of the provisions of corporate social responsibility and offers her own definition of this complex term.
