Analysis of the Perspectives of Banking Market Development in Volgograd Region

Abstract

The author elaborates the idea that taking into account of the features of regional development is of a great importance when planning the strategy and activity of banking institutions. In this regard, in the article the analysis of current state of the market of banking services in the Volgograd region, and also the perspective directions of its development is carried out. The factors causing unevenness of growth of volumes of clients’ means, placed into the credit organizations of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation, and also decrease in number of the credit organizations themselves are revealed. As the most important point of growth expansion in a corporate bank segment, and also active use of marketing means of promoting in the market is revealed.
